If you are creative and looking for a degree alongwith skill development in Graphics and Animation then opt to join BPP course alongwith a degree program. This Programme is offered by the University to those students who wish to do Bachelors Degree. You don't required to have the essential qualification of having passed 10+2 for BPP+Bachelors Degree
Animation calls for a wide bouquet of skills from traditional art skills to articulation skills, storytelling to aesthetic appreciation, and creativity to technical prowess.
Learning Software alone won't help you. First acquire artistic skills on paper, then learn application software's for expressing skills in the Digital Medium. Digital Media and Animation related programs are offered by lot of Government Colleges and Autonomous Institutes & Universities.
While choosing any institute ensure that you are taught by Experienced & proficient Mentors. Also ensure adequate infrastructure, industry interface & validate placement track record of alumni's.

You may continue your studies in Animation & Digital, if you are creative. Even if you want to pursue graduation being X fail, you may opt for Bachelor Prepratory Program.

As per your query it seems that you wish to pursue masters degree in mechanical engineering from universities in UK, so regarding this I would suggest you to:
- First shortlist the universities offering course of your interest.
- Once universities are shortlisted then you need to check the eligibility criteria and if you meet the eligibility criteria you may then apply accordingly.
In order to pursue masters degree from universities in UK, you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take TOEFL or IELTS test prove your english language proficiency.
Please note that the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from university to university.
Please remember application deadlines in UK universities for international students are set by the department delivering each program, and these deadlines may be as early as 12 months before the program begins.
So, in order to know the exact application deadline it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall,universities in UK have 2 admission intake in a year namely:
- Fall(September) intake.
- Spring(January) intake.
So it would be always advisable to take TOEFL or IELTS tests atleast 3-4 months in advance of your planned admission intake.
In most of the universities the deadline for fall intake is July and for spring intake it is November.
