Now, coming to the exams, most universities need only the above two exams that you have already mentioned. Aim for 310 and above in GRE and 90 above in TOEFL. These are the average for most good reputed universities.
Now coming to scholarships: Most universities will automatically consider your application for a financial aid / scholarship. If you are going to graduate next year, plan to give your GRE and TOEFL later this year (around Nov / Dec) and start applying early, as some universit
