GRE and TOEFL both score mainly matter to get admission in abroad institutes for doing further studies i.e MS.
You should be well prepared to both exam as you know you have already got problem in your Ist and 2nd Semester. Well, not to worry but be prepared for future exam i.e GRE and TOEFL.
You need to have at least B.tech degree to get admission for MS. As you know, percentage matters sometime for specific universities and institutions so, also try to have at least 60-65% above.
Be strong in following stream to crack GRE:
Verbal, Quantitative, Analytical .
To crack TOEFL, you must work on:
Listening, Reading, Structure/Writing .
