Thank you for your e-mail. This is to inform you that the admissions for the academic session 2014-2015 are still available in some courses. We are offering 22 Vocational Courses. The duration for all the courses in Polytechnic is ONE yr for Graduates, TWO years or three years courses are for both Graduate and Under Graduates There is no entrance test. it is on the basis of first cum first served. The prospectus is available in the admissions Hall, within our campus. There is also an Exhibition on, comprising of : 'Choose your Career’. Our counseling officers may further assist you in deciding the course. You may also down-load the forms on the internet from our website: www.southdelhipolytechnic.edu.in Our fees are RS.57,000/- per annum. We however only take it in four installments, and the fees for hostel is 56,000/- payable in three installments. Hence you may even before your results book a seat by registering yourself. You can come and collect the Prospectus (in it both the admission +hostel form) from the admission counter or if you want the prospectus through post, then you have to send Rs.250/- being the cost and the postal charges for the same We hope we have satisfied some of your doubts and queries. Basic eligibility to pursue hotel management:
Students who have successfully completed their 10+2 are eligible and can pursue a degree, diploma, or a certificate course in the field.
If you have completed your graduation then you will be eligible for the post graduate program in hotel management.

Difference between BCA and B.tech
Although BCA and B Tech are graduate programs, both are entirely different streams of study. Bachelor of Computer Application is concerned with software designing, data base management and operational functions with the help of multifaceted data within a computer. However, B Tech is a professional degree course, which deals with the study of engineering principles in diverse streams, which are the base for the developments in Science and Technology.
BCA Course and Career opportunities
As so many Universities and institutes all over the world offer BCA programs, aspirants can study the program from a certified institute. After having a BCA, aspirants can only expect entry-level jobs in the IT sector. Most of them pursue the MCA program after their BCA.
