After MCA, you can get admission for ME. Why are you considering ME, after your MCA. With MCA, you can join the job market or go for higher studies liek PhD for career in academics. Another masters (ME) may not give you that great push in career, although ME is superior as a qualification than MCA.

BCA is IT focused. BE is focused on foundations for basic engineering. BTech for application of technology/engineering. If you wish to have a quick and lower paid job with limited career opportunities, go for BCA. BTech will give you a better job and a better career. opt for BE if you wish to pursue higher studies like ME/PhD or MBA. BE is considered more superior than the other two for admission, higher studies and career.
