Yes, Welingkar is a good institution and offering average salary package of Rs.15 lakhs per annum. Welingkar provides admission on the basis of CAT score and you should get at least minimum 80 percentile in the entrance test. It will help you in securing seat at Welingkar.

XLRI has a very well defined and tough criteria for selection. Firsly you need to have secured passing grades right from 10th, 12th to your graduation. After that you need to appear for xat exam and clear all sectional cutoffs and then procure a good percentile. Once you do that, you will receive an interview call from XLRI. POst that you have to appear in GD and Interview proces. After clearing these two rounds, you will be evaluated and granted admissions
