Yes, you can do AMIE after completing your B.Sc degree in electronics from the above said college. There is no problem in that but you should have at least 60 percent marks to be on the safe side.

The APSET exam is an MBA exam naturally and not anything related to any specialization on any subject in particular. Depending on your results in the exam you may specialize in any subject.

The first step to prepare for IELTS is to improve the English language skill. Like listening, conversation, writing etc. Next understand the test format. For this you have to join a study center.
