Candidate must have completed graduation or post-graduation and secured 50% marks for general & 45% marks for SC/ST, Category -1 and physically challenged candidates

While mostly migrations (if allowed by university) are permitted in 2nd year, but see if you university allows on 3rd year also. You can also talk to VC or approach court but nothing can be done if seats are not vacant in the college. Try giving an undertaking for attendance maybe that works.

Candidates must be holding graduation degree i.e. BCA/B.Sc (Hons.) Candidates must have studied Mathematics or Statistics or equivalent subject during graduation degree. General category candidates need to score at least 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA score in aggregate of all subjects. The Eligibility for this Course is, one has to complete his/her Bachelor's degree with Mathematics with least 55% aggregate marks. A Candidate can also apply for NIT MCA Common Entrance Test, a National Level Test which is conducted by NITs for admission in to their MCA programme.
