As a student one thing I can assure you, your caliber decides where you go. I have seen people join with a CTC of 3.6LPA and leave the course with 16-17LPA as CTC. Keeping motivating things apart. SOIL averages around 10LPA with the highest package 17 LPA.
Its always a win win situation for a student with a prior professional experience at SOIL.
