Domestic status for international PhD students
Since January 1, 2006, new international PhD students may be accorded domestic status for the purposes of tuition fees - meaning that you'll pay domestic rates rather than international rates. A new international PhD student is defined as a foreign student enrolled for the first time after 19 April 2005 in a Doctor of Philosophy programme at a New Zealand university. To be eligible, students must reside in New Zealand during the duration of their doctoral programme. Students may undertake research activities overseas during their doctoral programme for a cumulative total of no more than 12 months.
Additional benefits of this New Zealand Government policy include-
• Dependent children of international PhD students receive the same schooling benefits (or educational benefits) as New Zealand permanent residents until their final year of high school. They pay no tuition fees except for a small yearly donation
• The spouse/partner of an international PhD student is eligible for an open work permit valid for the duration of the spouse's/partner's course of study
• International PhD students are eligible to work part time for 20 hours per week for the duration of the course of study

And in order to take admission in any good university whether in India or abroad you must keep in mind that your previous qualification must be attained from a recognized university / board. It is the basic requirement for any course you wish to join or apply for job in future.

In order to pursue MBA from AICTE approved institutes and recognized universities you need to have Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT,MAT,XAT,etc.
As per your query regarding the academic date, so regarding this please remember every institute has its own course starting date, in order to know the exact date it would be always advisable to browse the institute's website you wish to apply.
Overall, the MBA session in most of the institutes starts in the month of June and July.

Its not possible to do MCA regular with job and if you manage to get admission in any university somehow then it will become very difficult to follow the syllabus.
I am a student of MCA and i know how much study pressure we have like classes from 9 am to 5 pm and then assignment and other programing stuff.
So from my point of view do MCA from distance if you don't wanna leave your job MCA with distance have equal value compared to regular if you manage to get job in any programing related field or any IT company (which you alreay have). means you will get three years of working experience along with distance MCA degree and which company wants to waste time on training students (freshers) they will definitely prefer a experienced person. .:)
Trying to say that don't get confused just for the sake of regular or distance many students with regular degree of MCA are still in search of job due to lack of talent and experience . (like distance MCA degree with BPO job is not valuable but MCA degree with work experience in IT company's or JAVA programing or PHP or C++ or .NET development have good value)
