Hi,
In order to pursue MBA from AICTE approved institutes and recognized universities you need to have Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT,MAT,XAT,etc.
As per your query regarding the academic date, so regarding this please remember every institute has its own course starting date, in order to know the exact date it would be always advisable to browse the institute's website you wish to apply.
Overall, the MBA session in most of the institutes starts in the month of June and July.

Its not possible to do MCA regular with job and if you manage to get admission in any university somehow then it will become very difficult to follow the syllabus.
I am a student of MCA and i know how much study pressure we have like classes from 9 am to 5 pm and then assignment and other programing stuff.
