If you are diploma holder in BTech electrical engineering and want to find job more easily it is advisable to pursue your graduation with a regular course it will add more to your CV.
As you have done your diploma, you can try for Lateral entry by giving LEET exam. However, the eligibility may vary from institute to institute, as different institutes have different eligibility criteria.
