Please focus on NCERT, then solve question paper. If you are unable to solve some questions, then refer to refresher. But, first focus on NCERTS and don't go for more than one refresher.

Start solving physics questions from a refresher by focusing on the concept and understanding the formulae. Then, solve the NCERT questions and previous years. You have to practice hard for the numerical. You can use help from a coaching or YouTube, etc.

NIOS is a government recognised remote boards examination. If you have proper grades in your 12th from NIOS which confirm to the basic requirements of the college, you can easily get an admission in Canadian universities. GRE and IELTS are both requirements for any form of study you wish to pursue along with the additional work experience that is often required in MBA. If you believe you're falling short on the experience front, my best suggestion to you would be to enroll yourself in a form of study which would then allow you to scale up to a PR and a job opportunity in Canada.
