If you are looking for Industry-oriented learning in Healthcare than PGDM is better choice. If you are interested towards reasearch and want to gain more therotical knowledge and want to pursue PhD in future than MBA is better choice. Fees perspective PGDM can be costlier. If you passed out 12th standard exam by PCM subject then obviously you can complete you graduation by arts.
For B.A there are two method regular and non regular if you complete your B.A with regular you want to admission with any govt. Or private college and study properly. If you choose non regular then you will fill only exam form and study self and you went to college only give exam.
