As you have already faltered thrice I don't see a point repeating in the same year and I don't think even your college would allow that. Advisable would be that you complete your graduation through Open University or through correspondence, it may take another 3 years but would be the best option, doing any other one sitting degree which would not hold any value in the job market, if you are not interested in investing another three years then you may opt for some vocational courses like Interior or fashion designing, tourism or Hotel Management etc.
For further information on such courses browse through Shiksha
Hope this reso

The only option with you is that you repeat your 3 year and put some extra efforts to clear it this time. I would like to add here that along with your third year preparation you take up some full time professional course, may be in Computers or in Interior or fashion designing etc.

Both MBA and MCA degrees aim at imparting high standards of education to student, there cannot be any comparisons between these two courses as both provide you expertise in completely different fields.
MCA will help you in polishing you technology and computer skills whereas MBA gives you more of a management conceptual knowledge and a new dimensions of management sectors are opened up.
Always go ahead with the thing you have passion for. if you are weak in Maths but have a passion for MCA then take it because there is a clear possibility of learning in future but changing passion from one thing to another is very difficul
