First of all you have to be very clear as why do you need to do a PGDM? Are you planning to work? Or you want to do some business?
Now a days lot of college look for minimum of 50% marks; but there is no dearth of colleges which will take students under 50% also.
I suggest you to revert me with your complete plan.

Hi,
Please remember in order to pursue undergraduate degree from universities abroad you need be 12th pass from full time mode.
With 12th from NIOS it would be difficult for you to get admission in universities abroad to pursue undergraduate degree.
So as per your query, I would suggest you to:
1. Select the country where you wish to study.
2. Once country is decided then you need to shortlist the universities where you wish to apply.
3. Once shortlisted you may then contact the admission department of these universities either through email or Phone to know if they except 12th from NIOS.
4. If they accept you may then apply accordingly.
