The cutoff varies from state to state and universities to university. But in general, to get a good college and good seat for your BHMS you need to score atleast 480+ in NEET for general category. In some states, the cutoff goes very low for BHMS i.e. 300-350 also.

Sorry to say, but you cannot get admission for B.Sc. Nursing in government colleges with 274 marks in NEET. But you can opt for private colleges which gives better facilities for B.Sc Nursing in order to pursue your dream. Good Luck.

Yes Pharmacy is a good course, Admission criteria is simple if you want in government college you have to qualify NEET and in private you have to give entrance exam or by merit list. The fee is almost same for every private college like 60000 - 1 Lacs.
