It depends on the eligibility criteria set by the Medical Council of India (MCI) and the admission policy of the MGR University in Tamil Nadu and the Andhra Pradesh state NEET PG counselling. Generally, the admission to MS General Surgery programs in India is based on the candidate's NEET PG score and rank, as well as their eligibility for the programme. In this case, it would be best for your son to check with both the MGR University and the Andhra Pradesh state NEET PG counselling to SEE if he is eligible for admission to the MS General Surgery programme in either location.

Hello Mohit Shirsath, do not get depressed. You have obtained very good percentile in MHT CET at almost 83. What it means is that you are in top 15% of all the students who appeared for this exam. The NEET score you scored this year will be the point of matter, not your previous score .to be in good BAMS college 400 to 450 is the must be needed in NEET .further it varies according to the yearly cutoff
