Hi, we would recommend you to pursue your school and the bachelors degree from India. India has excellent educational opportunities. Do consider your family's financial status before taking such a major step. Studying abroad is very expensive as it will include not only the course fees, but also accommodation expenses, travel fare, food expenses, etc. However the first thing you require for any course that you would wish to study from abroad is a TOEFL or an IELTS score and in some cases a GRE and a SAT as well. You may get scholarships from schools itself or there are banks offering student loans or educational loans. Some universities may give students with good or exceptional backgrounds, a part tuition fee waiver. However a small Google search will pull out a lot of information on these. We would recommend you to find a good consultant who will assist you with enrollment for TOEFL/ IELTS/ GRE, and also help submit application forms, visa application processing, and give you an insight of the country and place where you will be going. The only thing required to secure admission is mostly Funds Proof and IELTS/ TOEFL/ GRE score. This will affect your Visa as well, as an admission does not guarantee you a visa.
