MICAT scores are accepted by MICA only. No other institutes will accept this score. Admission into MICA is a 3 step process:
1)First you need to appear for CAT or XAT
2)Appear for MICAT
3)Participate in GD/PI
So if you take MICAT alone without writing CAT or XAT you will be rejected. Also you need to score a minimum cut off in CAT or XAT as well as in MICAT.

You will have to give JEE Mains exam to be eligible for admissions. In the last 2 years 40% of board marks and 60% of your JEE score was considered for admissions however now the pattern has changed the council has decided to drop the weightage carried by the board exam score. If board score will not be considered a JEE mains score greater 200/360 will help secure a seat in NITK.

Self satisfaction is most important thing. It all depends on what do you like because you should always do what you like. Doing something halfheartedly leads you to null to a void. First of all you must select a field in which you are interested, In which you want to see your future. For that you need to figure out what fascinates you. Some people likes to work on computers, For them CSE/IT is best. Those who are crazy for engines, cars and all Mechanical Engineering is best. If you like mixing chemicals and playing with periodic table just go for Chemical engineering.

Overall experience was fair enough, faculty is amazing, infrastructure and management is poor. Placements: Most of the students of BBA do not sit for the placements. Average package of BBA is around 3-4 CTC. Almost all the students got the internship in various companies like Leadsquared, Times of India etc. You can refer the link for more information:

Hi Ruchi, DCE and DTU are the name of the same college. But NIT Delhi is a seperate college. And if you want to choose between them then I would highly recommend DTU over NIT Delhi. I am in DTU and know that it is far better.

MBA in shipping management is one of the rarest course. Only few colleges are offering this course. The best among them is UPES,Dehradun or VELS University,Chennai. The placement provided by these colleges are pretty good. You can get into one of these colleges by writing CAT or MAT exams. Since CAT is tough you can go for MAT because its pretty easy to crack with minimum preparation.
