Hey,
In BIT Mesra the faculty of CSE department is quite helpful. And the interesting thing is that there are weekly competitions held in the college to enhance your coding skills. Campus placements are very good. But at the end of the day it is how you study that depends. I can tell that BIT Mesra gives an ample scope, especially for the field of CSE.

After completing your graduation, you are eligible to apply for most of competitive exams to get a government job. You can apply for banking exams, railway engineer exams, SSC junior engineer exams, etc. But, the competition level is not that easy. You have to work hard to crack these exams.
Best of luck.
