Hi Jimmy,
Well if you plan to pursue LL.B then it is always advised to pursue the course through the regular mode as the same carries more value as compared to the other modes of study. Online education is rare in India and is least recognized as well, so if you want to practice law as a career then go for the regular mode.
There are many institutes offering LL.B and the minimum eligibility for a LL.B degree is a graduate degree from a recognized University. To know from where all you can look for the LL.B course, please refer to the following link:

HI Chetna,
For any diploma course, you have to complete your 10th education.
If you looking for distance education, so IGNOU is best option for that. But in distance education, you wont get practical, theoritcal knowledge, classes. So i suggest you distance education is not good option for fresher student, who want to make career in any industry.
If you have working experience about that field, so only distance edcation course will help you.
I suggest you some courses for fashion design-
Arch Academy of Design -- Jaipur.
Dhiyoh International School of Design (DISD) Pune.
Global Institute of Fashion Technlogy (GIFT) -- Kolkata.
Hamstech Insti
