As a student i would like to u know u that i also gave MAT 2013, and also get the same exact score as yours.
i would prefer you to give MAT feb 2014 , and try to get good score because by this score u will not able to get any moderate type college also so good ones are far apart.
if you seriously want to do MBA From good institutes so dn't go with this score.

Yes the degree provided by Viniyaka Mission university is valid for govt. jobs in India including Bihar Govt.

E-Cad course can help you land jobs in circuit designing and it is part of product development, though not many products are designed in india but it may be well used in PLC and Automation , it is recommended that if you go by doing a full course in PLC & Automation which is generally of six months ranges upto 30000rs for whole course it can get you into core electronic field.A good institute in north India is Technisys Automation Faridabad as they are not just into training but they are actually a automation company which can give you good practical insight.
