Hello Admit,
There are plenty of good Engineering colleges in Maharashtra. However, you can seek admission in government colleges only if you are domicile of Maharashtra. Private aided colleges have about 15% quota for All India Quota against which you can apply. You need to appear for entrance exam conducted by unaided colleges separately. Best wishes to you.

You have asked the very personal but interesting question. Not every fresher of Engineering graduate gets a job. In fact, as per the report of HRD Ministry only 50% of the fresh graduates could get placed in the placement season. Those who pass out without replacement has to fend for themselves in the job market. How do you do this of course is not a rocket Science you need to register yourself on a web portal which is involved in providing jobs to the freshers for example naukri.com is one such portal. You register yourself on this portal give your requirements and portal will find a suitable opening for you. Best wishes

It will be very tough to answer this question as it is not specific to a category and specialisation of education. There are many stream and specializations in doctorory. The salary range differs as there are a lot of specialisations possible as per human anatomy. But if I still answer the question, the salary can range from 30,000 per month for a doctor who has just finished his MBBS to as high as 2-3 Lacs per day for highly accomplished super specialist. An ex-professor of AIIMS had been offered around 12 crore per annum from a big corporate hospital.
