Candidates who wish to take up distance B.Ed must be trained in-service teachers in elementary education. I am not sure about it. First, check whether KTU have given a provision of getting transfer to another University in their rules and regulations. If yes, then also it is possible only, and if you have cleared all papers up to current semester.
