Your CMAT score is good , you have good chances of being shortlisted of the interview.
Yes,most companies do ask for 65% grad score, but if you are able to do well in your PGDM the college will be able to negotiate the eligibility criteria with the recruiter.

This University is very well recognised because that is already registered under AIU (Association of Indian University) list. But you should check the Poland Education system to check the value of this degree in terms of study pattern and other parameters too.

At the time of taking admission one has to decide, which specialisation one wants to opt for. Generally the first year of MBA curriculum is common across all specialisations. It's in the second year where the specialisation specific topics are added.

For distance PGDM in HR, one doesn't need to appear for an open test. As you are self-employed, I would suggest you to opt for a part time PGDM in HR, wherein classes happen on week-ends,such courses could be of duration based from 18 months to 3 years. Now a days E-PGDM is also available, wherein online cases happen on fixed days.
In case in your city PGDM is not available then try and pursue such a course from tier -I institutes. Full time PGDM courses in India are of 1.5 to 2 years duration.
