As far as I know, their is no difference in both. These two are simply different nomenclature is used for same course by different universities. Both of them include software as well as hardware related stuff. Try for institute with better exposure for the future irrespective of names of degrees.

EEE will be great if there is a combination of MBA with it. However, it would be better if you are looking for career in engineering organization because your engineering knowledge will be utilized fully and it would also be easy for you to manage because of your understanding in that particular work. As long as there are industries or companies that deal with EEE the job scale will always be existing.

Hi Dipesh,
You should search for good automobile companies in India and try to get an entry. After some experience, you may apply in foreign countries. Dubai may be a good option for you. Mostly foreign companies will ask you to submit your work experience, new ideas along with the CV. After this, if the company will select you, then you will get an interview call or they may ask you for online interview.

Hi Shoaib,
Your query is difficult to understand. About scholarship, universities or colleges abroad provide scholarship to students they consider meritorious and brilliant. But most are applicable for full time programs and short courses. Banks provide education loans too and again not for short term courses. Rest, you have to meet the admission criteria which differs from university to university, depending where you want to study and what exactly you plan to study you have to take tests such as SAT ACT, IELTS, TOEFL, etc.

This domain might not be right fit for girls unless you have a little different profile in the networking domain which doesn't require 24*7 availability.
