Candidates are eligible to apply for admissions in MFM programme in NIFT if they fulfill any of the below mentioned criterion:
1. Possess an undergraduate degree in any discipline from any Institute or University which is recognised by law in India.
2. Pursued an undergraduate Diploma (of minimum three years duration) from NIFT/NID.

They are aware of the various education boards in India and Indian education system. At most, they may ask for a third party evaluation, which they will tell you if required. Otherwise you can follow the general application process of an international applicant and apply.

Hii Rutuja! As engineering takes 4 years to complete the course, market won't reminder same. For example after 2008 recession in IT industry, many people ran away from IT.But when the things become normal at that time IT people benefited the most. So, choose the field of your own interests rather than running behind trend.

As a student from India, you must have the following
"Completion of a senior secondary school leaving certificate at Grade 12 level, e.g. All India Senior School Certificate Examination / Indian School Certificate Examination / Higher School Certificate, with 85% in each of the three elective subjects"
SAT or ACT is not compulsory but you may wish to take the test to make your profile stronger. IELTS or TOEFL must also be taken. Regarding your maths exam, please consult with NIOS directly. Regarding, if you can apply to Canada or not, some colleges will accept and some may not. You have to contact the colleges and enquire. Your grades and academic record overall is not suitable for Canada, so I will advise to keep other country options open. You should also attend education fairs from worldwide universities and get upclose with them.

A postgraduate Diploma is not equal to the postgraduate degree. Both are the different and post graduate Diploma holders are not eligible to apply for the UGC NET exam.
For the UGC NET exam, you must have the minimum qualification of the master degree with at least of 55% marks in his or her master degree.
So, if you have done master degree in any stream with at least of 55% marks, then only you are eligible to apply for the same.
