Yeah, scholarships are definitely available at Lovely Professional University. From what I've seen, students can get them based on graduation marks, LPUNEST score, national-level exams, or special categories (like sports, etc.).

With your 78% in B.Sc Film and TV Production, you fall in a good merit bracket, so you can get a decent scholarship. Compared to many colleges, LPU gives multiple chances to reduce fees, so if you also attempt LPUNEST, your scholarship can increase further.

Sorry to say, but unfortunately you can't do B.Ed in the Hindi Language as a subject. For taking admission, you have to first complete BA in Hindi, then apply for B.Ed and you can do that through distance mode also no issue in that it is totally accepted everywhere.
