UGC has decided that no professional course could be done by distance education mode and hence debarred all universities from offering such courses by distance education mode. In view of this, I do not think Kalinga University will be offering engineering graduation under distance mode. However, you can think of doing AMIE which is equivalent to a degree in engineering. The expected CAT cutoff for Great Lake and Wellingkar is above 80, Hence your chances are very low. In my opinion you should go for another management entrance exams like CMAT MAT or XAT etc. For getting the good B-Schools.
