i think you should go for B.tech in your core branch it has very wide scope now a days.
you can take admission into marine engg (4yrs) you cant join marine engg as LE student

if you are having more than 70% marks in 10+2, you can take direct admission without entrance.
If your marks ranges from 50%-69.99% in 10+2 and you have National rank of JEE(Main) above 1.5 Lakh You can get direct admission in Lovely Professional University B.Tech programme.
0therwise, for marks ranging from 50-69.99% you need to appear for NEAT-UG conducted by LPU.
Following are the details of the fee with Criteria and the Scholarship amount applicable
For marks above 90% fees is Rs. 24,500/semester
for marks between 80-89.99% fees is Rs. 34,500/semester
for marks between 70-79.99% fees is Rs. 44,500/semester
for marks below 70% wit

As per the website of the institute they requrie 70 percentile for admission therefore you are not eligible. On this score Try for some other institute IMS, Cmat Gr. Noida galgotias are best option for you
