Every student receives a GATE score which is associated with two points, i.e., valid time period and qualifying marks. Your score is only valid when it is above or equal to the score of qualifying marks.

" Gujarat has accepted NEET (National Eligibility Entrance Test) for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in medical and dental colleges across the state. NEET will be conducted on May 05, 2013.

I do not see any reason to do two masters in technology and it is better to do a masters in management (MBA/ PGDM) and M. Tech or MCA. However, it is advised that one should work for 3 years in the IT/ Technology sector before the masters.
