Go by your interests. Both are good fields in their own way. They cannot be compared just like you cannot compare Oranges with Apples. Find our where your inherent interst lies, which one will be easier for you to relate, which one relates more your hobbies/ personal liking etc. Then opt for that only. If you acquire the related knowledge & skills then either of them would be fruitful for you.

If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
So with 40% marks in graduation it would not be possible for you to get admission in this program.
However if you wish to pursue full time MBA or PGDM only in that case I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation and you are eligible to get admission in this program.
