Rafi, the query that you have posted has been discussed at length in the discussion forum of https://shiksha.com. You can make good use of it by reading the replies by several participants. Now to answer your query in short, for being an IAS officer you need to clear the UPSC exams (Prelims + Mains) in good merit and then the Interview in a very efficient manner. To be eligible for the exams you need to be in the age bracket of 21 to 30 years and at least a graduate with 50% marks, form an approved educational institution. I suggest that if you have a strong wish then go fora coaching stint before you appear in the exam.

Hi,
In order to pursue MBA from good universities in Canada you need to have atleast 2-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.
For admission in MBA program in Canadian universities you need to have GMAT score of 500-600 plus and IELTS score of 7 with no individual band below 6.5 or TOEFL score of 90 with no band less than 20.
