Now to answer your query in short, for being an IAS officer you need to clear the UPSC exams (Prelims + Mains) in good merit and then the Interview in a very efficient manner. To be eligible for the exams you need to be in the age bracket of 21 to 30 years and at least a graduate with 50% marks, form an approved educational institution. I suggest that if you have a strong wish then go fora coaching stint before you appear in the exam.

Hi,
In order to pursue MBA from good universities in Canada you need to have atleast 2-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.
For admission in MBA program in Canadian universities you need to have GMAT score of 500-600 plus and IELTS score of 7 with no individual band below 6.5 or TOEFL score of 90 with no band less than 20.
