These days, it is advisable to grab the first offer, and then see how you fit into it. Look for your inner abilities. Surely, there are some things in you which you can utilize in any job. One such ability is COMMON SENSE.
Thereafter, when you start the job with a prejudice that it was not meant for me, you will surely discover so many things that , if you have a positive attitude of mind, you will start enjoying them. It you still do not like that job, at least it has added to your experience, and it has given a chance to improve upon your bio data.
Once you have gained some experience, you can put it into your CV. Then only your market value will increase, and you can earn a better amount of money, not before that.

As per your query, it seems that you wish to pursue MBA from universities abroad, then please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
