Hi,
As per your percentile in CAT, it would be difficult for you to get admission in good B-school, so I would suggest you to take a year gap and prepare for next CAT and various other management entrance tests like MAT, XAT, SNAP,etc and score well so that you get admission in good B-school of your choice.
Regarding preparation, I would suggest you to join some good coaching institute in your city which offers quality coaching for various management entrance tests.
These institute offers regular and weekend classes, plus they conduct mock test on regular basis.

My friend SCMS is descent B school. MBA/PGDM both are almost similar. In MBA you will learn theory and whereas in PGDM you will have practical exposure. An MBA is good for an experienced. A PGDM is good for a fresher.

Hello CPU,Hope you are doing well.
there is no excuse for being an average student and for all Course ,the general criterion is proficiency.so, make a big march from the state of averageness.
Every subject have its own importance and advantages .Only you want to decide whether which the following subject suit you or not.I suggest Please go through what your interests says.
Matter of weakness in maths,that is not a big deal because every subject seems to me tuff untill unless you try. So try hard,Because nothing is impossible.
