For Master of Management Admissions, there are two entrance exams CAT and GMAT. While there is a cut off score for the calls given to candidates through CAT( it was 99.08 percentile for 2013-14, this year the official cut off has not yet been revealed), there is no cut off for GMAT score. For selection through CAT, students are called for Written Ability Test and Interview in SJMSOM.
Everyone with a valid GMAT score can apply. Based on the no. of applications, the faculty chooses the best few profiles. NRI candidates don’t have a Written Ability Test but a Personal Interview. If the candidate is not in Mumbai then the panel does a telephonic interview. If the candidate is in Mumbai and can attend the interview in SJMSoM then he/she is asked to do that.

i would give you a brief summary of how MBA is pursued at IBS Gurgaon.
We have Case Based Learning system in all the subjects from Accounts to Finance to Operations to Quantitative Research.
We have huge Library with all the relevant Books you can think of.
And if we talk about extra curricular we have different cells such as Student Council, Social Responsibility Cell and so on.
Our college has a different Placement Cell too.
In the matter of Exams, we have 4 phases in each semester. The first one is Pre-Mid term for 15 marks that contains class participation, small tests, presentations. The second is Mid-Term papers for 20 marks. The Third phase is Post-Mid Term for 15 marks again in which we have oral tests, presentations, class participation. And the last phase is Final Exams for 50 Marks.
There is transparency in the marks given to each student. You are shown all your papers whether they are Mid-Term or Final Exams.
The best part of the MBA at IBS Gurgaon is 3-months Internship in the middle of the year.
