You haven't mentioned whether your degree was a three or four years degree, many universities in US do not accept a three year BS. The top 20 will be difficult basis your profile. You can check universities listed below 20. Your overall grades are good enough except a higher GRE would have been better, say above 310. You may have to retake IELTS as 6.5 is the standard score accepted. Also, admission factors will depend on the kind of work experience you have and your career growth. You may check US News and World Ranking and QS Ranking for university positions. Please check university websites for requirements and eligibility.
