NCERT (Class 9 and 10)- Believe it or not, the best books are often the ones that are the simplest. Try to finish these before going for other books. Follow Wren and Martin for basic English and grammar. Sarvesh Verma (Quantum CAT for Quants) and/or Nishit K.
