The criteria differ from one college to another. Yet, this is the common eligibility criteria:

The next step is click here under to download e-admit card section, The next click 'yes'. The e-admit card can be downloaded after entering the registration Id or roll number followed by DOB and captcha code.

As in my point of view, you're not eligible for DU because B.Com cut-off is very high, approximately above 90%. So, not for this university you're eligible for GGSIPU, AMU, JMI, etc.

No, Clat is not compulsory.
