You can continue with your graduation degree from Mumbai University but you need to talk to the admission cell as they are the one who will give you the required and correct information.
You can also go with Open school for completing your graduation like: IGNOU- 'Indira Gandhi National Open University

Yes, its absolutely necessary. You will not get seats without writing CAT. It's just not possible without CAT examination. With any top college, its absolutely necessary to clear CAT. So, sit for the exams and come back again next year.

The interview shortlist is dependent on your academic score. It is a combination of 10th, 12th, undergraduation and CAT scores. To do well in your interview you need to polish your communication skills, read a lot about your undergrad subjects and current affairs. You also need to appear confident. All of this can be done through practice.
