In order to pursue engineering one must have Science (Physics / Chemistry / Maths / Biology or Economics or any other subject) in 10+2.
Students appear for different Engineering Entrance Exams like:
1. IIT - JEE
2. VITEEE
3. BITSAT
4. MU OET
5. SRMEEE
6. UPTU and many more at the state level and institute specific.

To get placed as an intern it will be an added advantage if you know any one working in the company, take their reference.
To apply for internship you need to take a letter from your placement cell stating that you are academically strong and have good behavior and they can refer you to that particular company.
Along with this letter you can post your resume at the companies career portal to get your training done and can apply for the internship program.

This site aims at provideing career guidance and work-life development advise. We would have liked more details about the course that you have done for us to be able to guide you better. However, in our knowledge after completion of most ITI courses a person has to undergo practical training in his trade in an industry for a year or two. This is necessary to appear for National Council of Vocational training (NCVT) certificate. This certificate is mandatory for applying for jobs in the relevant category in many companies. Have a look at the positions available in newspapers or on the internet. Naukri.com is a great place to start your search.
