Yes, you are eligible but before doing PG Diploma you should join a job as materials management executive or store executive or purchase executive or distribution executive either in a corporate 3rd party logistic company or corporate.You may do a PG Diploma from Indian Institute of Materials Management and also from Directorate of Distance Education, Annamalai University.

You have put together too different options to choose from. The question is not which is a better option but which is as per your interest and capabilities.
If you have a analytical mind and you have a strong academic background then do Btech.
If you have great communication skills and enjoy argumentative conversations, good in English then take up Law.
If you have god social skills and a people's person take hotel management.
And if you are more of a leader with organisational skills and have a business acumen then do MBA.

Hi,
It is not that only you have this doubt but many of them who take biology group have this doubt.
If you don't want to become a doctor, then you can pursue biotechnology, genetic engineering, etc. in engineering stream then, B.Pharma, B.Sc dairy technology, medical lab technology, life sciences, etc. are also the options.
If you don't want these also then it is better to study B.Sc in biology then M.Sc also so that you can become a professor in a good institution.

There is no relaxation in marks for girls. If you want a good college, you need to get a rank in top 5000 but at 220 marks, there are fair chances of ABES and AK Garg College. They are good private institutes.

The ranks for SRMJEEE have been released today. So download the rank card and see your rank. Probably your rank will be around 50000. So you may get a seat in SRM University but not at the main campus.
