SRM University (main campus) is better in terms of placements when compared to KIIT University. Also, SRM provides better exposure and many core companies come for recruitment .
As per NIRF rankings 2017, SRM is at 35 whereas KIIT is at 47. So it is better to join SRM than KIIT.

Personal contact sessions and seminars are conducted at the Academic Study Centre during holidays (including Sundays or Saturdays and Public Holidays). It is an attempt to provide guidance to students in solving their academic difficulties. For this attendance is not compulsory.

Ramapuram campus is better but when compared to the main campus of SRM, it is not at all worthy. The main campus is better in terms of placements, education as well as exposure.
But, if you study at Ramapuram campus, you can get placed but it will not be equal to that of studying at the main campus.

There's no college for doing the course.
The work of a CS includes looking after all the legal compliance which are required to be done by a company. The laws in which a CS excels includes corporate laws including company law, labor laws, FEMA and RBI compliance among others. German universities require 13 years education prior pursuing the bachelor degree programs. If you are from India and completed 10+2, an additional year of formal schooling or college would be required.
You can complete the first year of bachelor degree in India and apply for the BBA degree in Germany. Besides, you must know German language and must also take the IELTS. You have to check the university websites for university specific information.
