Hello Nitika Rathore, PEC normally allows only those students to seek admission who have cleared JEE Mains exam. Recently after results were announced by NTA of JEE Mains, JoSAA has announced cutoffs for each category of students. If your percentile is better than this then only you can seek admission in PEC. Since this year only the Manipal Entrance Test is of 800 marks along with a negative marking so anything above 550+ is a good score to comfortably get CSE at Manipal campus. There was no negative marking last year, but this year is.

No, you will not get admission in Jabalpur Engineering College with the rank 70000 in JEE Mains even if you are from SC Category. Because your percentile is too low.
