The normal college timing is from 9 AM to 4 PM for other department and courses. On Saturdays, the timing is from 9 AM to 1 PM.

The 2019 cutoff depends on the score percentage, like if all are getting high scores than the cutoff could be high. You can search online and get last year's cutoff and assume.

The number of Engineering colleges in India is very high. India is the home of engineering colleges and a variety of engineering courses are offered at different levels.
