There is no such scheme as free education. Scholarships are there. You can get maximum upto INR. 1 lakh as scholarship in every semester. You have to be the topper of the University for availing that. Otherwise, there are more scholarships like INR. 75,000, INR. 50,000 and INR. 25,000. So, if you have enough potential you can get back almost full of your fee paid. But, in every semester you have to pay the respective fees. The total course fee is INR. 4 Lacs where exam fees are excluded.

It's possible from 12th to B.Tech, but not after Diploma sadly. However, the best thing I would suggest is to contact the counsellor of the college or university for in-depth knowledge or guidance if you really want to do it.

Chandigarh University has eligibility criteria for admission to the B.Com (Hons. ) programme which includes a minimum aggregate score of 50% in 10+2 in any stream from a recognised board.
