Sorry to say, but it will really difficult for you to get a seat in this college with this rank. Although you should participate in the counselling process till the last round.
At the same time apply for some private universities also to be in the safer side.

First of all, you should have appeared for the MHT-CET exam. The score for that exam matters the most. You can also get admission through JEE mains marks but the seats for that are very less. If you have not appeared for these exams then you are not eligible for admissions.
