You get employment in the sectors such as clinical laboratories, Healthcare services, Pharmaceutical companies, etc. You can find a job in a government institution as well, maybe a clinical or healthcare organization. This will help you gain experience in the field and identify the opportunities there in. After an experience of 1-2 years you can pursue highly studies in the same field and then you get eligible for jobs in educational sector as well.
