95 percentile in CMAT is a good score and there are chances of you getting a seat there. The only thing is check for a seat in the stream you desire. BK is a good college but all depends on the cut off too.
Best for you would be to apply and wait for a vacant seat.
In the meanwhile, check for some other good colleges giving you the best academics with an equal zeal for example LPU has received as the number 2 in B-schools and gives best placements to its students. You can check Symbiosis which has an experienced faculty and good infrastructure.
It is that you book a seat somewhere and if you get a seat in BK, you can always withdraw your admission from the previous college without much deduction. Check the policy on the websites of colleges.
