Yes, with a 91 percentile in JEE Mains and Rajasthan domicile, you have a reasonable chance of securing admission to the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) branch at MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur. Admissions are conducted through the Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP), which considers JEE Main scores. While specific cutoff ranks can vary each year based on factors like the number of applicants and seat availability, previous trends suggest that candidates with percentiles around 85–90 have successfully gained admission to branches like ECE, especially when benefiting from state domicile reservations.

As you have a JEE Main SC category rank of 13,999, you may have a possibility in new NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs or the branches Civil, Mechanical, or Metallurgy in NIT Sikkim, NIT Mizoram, or IIITs which have lower cut-offs. Seat availability, depending on your home state quota, branch preference, and whether it is the first or second round of counseling, will dictate your home state minority SC/General.

The MIT University, Shillong is a private university that offers courses in engineering, management, and design. It has satisfactory infrastructure, an updated syllabus, and decent placement support. It is improving but is not on the same level as the top National institutes. However, it is a reasonable choice for students looking to study at private universities around the Northeast Region.
