Hi Karma, to pursue medicine in the UK you should appear for UKCAT and GAMSAT exams. You must submit your application before 15 oct of the preceding year. Like if you want to pursue medicine, you must submit your application before 15 oct 2011 to begin in sep 2012. Here are the universities that offer courses in medicine and against these are the exams written that they accept.
